There is something human
about meteors
and for sure it isn't only
the shape
that's burning out.
But every man you meet
could dream of days
when dying isn't going down
it's shooting endlessly above the soil
that eats one's mind
in the name of religion,
tradition
and ideology.
I wish
i didn't sign for this.
when being separated
as a chip from random universal body
as a painful accident
a splinter tearing up the atmosphere
like just another cosmic waste
but i am a man,
i fight for till I'm resurrected
therefore
i am a man.
But still we're gonna fall,
and shine a passing temporary light
until we burn
into cultural layer
into sod and ashes
for tomorrow's sprouts
be sure
you get swallowed as the big fish
leave a bone in the swallower's throat
a crater for the reigning reptiles
of your everlasting name
to be pronounced only
by the tiny tongues
read from your bones
from lips as myths passed on
and the time will die
as dies the body
and you will pass by the
cemetery’s atmosphere.
Because there is still

VADi is an electro acoustic, ambient and experimental melodic beats project by Mārtiņš Eņģelis from
Latvia.
VADi in Latvian means "WiRES", but the name is also related to Hindu classical carnatic music, where "vadi" labels the dominating note in the scale - the same what music means to Eņģelis and the same what it's designed to be - to take over all imagination, senses, consciousness and space.
